University of Guelph On-Campus Residence

The University of Guelph is planning a new on-campus residence, designed by DIALOG, to support its growing student population. This project consists of five interconnected blocks, offering a diverse range of unit types, a dining hall, meeting rooms, and modern amenities to enhance student life. With a strong focus on sustainability and accessibility, the residence is designed to align with U of G’s goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040, making it a crucial part of the university’s enrollment growth strategy. This project provided valuable experience in collaborative design, data-driven planning, and sustainable development, reinforcing my ability to manage the technical and conceptual aspects of large-scale institutional projects during the feasibility study phase.
