Located in Newtonbrook, Toronto, 6125 Yonge Street is a 17-storey mixed-use condominium designed to bring a vibrant blend of residential, retail, and urban amenities to the neighborhood. Designed by DIALOG for Arkfield/A1 Development, the project features 437 residential units along with ground-floor commercial space, creating an engaging and walkable streetscape. Standing 205 feet (62.6 m) tall, the development is thoughtfully designed to seamlessly integrate with its surroundings while contributing to Toronto’s growing urban density. As an Intern Architect, I played a key role in the design development process, contributing to architectural planning and regulatory approvals.
