Concord Park Place Block 9
Concord Park Place Block 9 is a new development by Concord Adex, located at 1001 Sheppard Ave E. This project features two modern condominium towers—36 and 46 stories tall—connected by a mid-rise podium. It will include 860 residential units, retail spaces, and a new elementary school for the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB). One of the standout features is the integrated elementary school, spanning 50,000 square feet across two floors. This makes the development especially appealing for families while strengthening the sense of community. As an Intern Architect, I played a key role in the design process, as well as in preparing applications for Site Plan Approval (SPA) and Zoning By-law Amendments (ZBA).

7-17 Nipigon Avenue
Located in Newtonbrook East, Toronto, this 50-storey residential high-rise is set to bring modern vertical living to the neighborhood. Designed by Dialog for Arkfield Developments, the project features 620 condominium units atop a five-storey podium, blending sleek architecture with urban density. Spanning over 400,000 sq. ft., this development replaces five single-detached homes with a vibrant high-rise community, addressing Toronto’s growing demand for residential space. As an Intern Architect, I was actively involved in all phases of design development, as well as in preparing applications for Site Plan Approval (SPA) and Zoning By-law Amendments (ZBA).

Yonge & Churchill
Yonge & Churchill is a proposed mixed-use development featuring 45- and 35-storey condominium and affordable rental towers by A1 Development. Designed by Dialog, this project is located on the south side of Churchill Avenue, west of Yonge Street, and aims to enhance the evolving urban landscape of North York by integrating residential, retail, and public spaces. Prioritizing walkability and connectivity, the development supports sustainable urban growth while addressing Toronto’s increasing demand for housing—all while meeting municipal planning regulations. As an Intern Architect, I played a key role in the conceptual design and development process, focusing on refining the project’s vision and architectural approach.
